Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler has been accused of two incidents of sexual assault.
Jeanne Bellino has filed a sexual assault lawsuit against the musician at New York’s Supreme Court, alleging two counts of assault.
She claims the incidents took place in 1975 when she was 17.
In the court filings, Bellino claims she suffered “severe and permanent emotional distress”.
The lawsuit follows a separate case from Julia Misley, who filed against Tyler, 75, last year.

Tyler denied all allegations in the previous lawsuit but has yet to comment on Ms Bellino’s claims.
The legal documents from Ms Bellino detail her account of meeting the rockstar after a fashion show while she was working as a model in Manhattan.
Tyler allegedly tried to force her into a phone booth while they walked through the city, flanked by several others.

According to the filings, Tyler was “mauling and groping” her while she “fought back and struggled to be free but Tyler restrained her”.
She also claimed Tyler’s bandmates “watched, laughed and did nothing to intercede”.
Ms Bellino then accuses the Aerosmith singer of taking her to a hotel bar, pushing her up against a wall and simulating sex.
She “resisted and pulled his hair” and was left “sobbing and afraid”.

News of the court filings come shortly after the Boston-based band postponed six of their North America farewell tour shows in September after Tyler sustained damage to his vocal cords.
Aerosmith was originally set to perform in Toronto this Tuesday, but the concert has been pushed back to February 2024.
