Sharon Osbourne\u00a0recently\u00a0showcased her drastic weight loss\u00a0– and now the reality star has revealed she doesn’t eat for ‘at least’ three days a week.<\/p>\n
The 70-year-old lost more than 28 pounds after\u00a0using controversial\u00a0weight-loss drug Ozempic in order to achieve her new figure.<\/span><\/p>\n But, giving an insight into her current eating habits during a quirky conversation about Doomsday prepping on The Osbournes Podcast, Sharon admitted she also goes days without food.<\/span><\/p>\n In a clip shared exclusively with DailyMail.com, the former X Factor judge and her children Kelly, 38, and Jack, 37, were discussing with guest star Jason Kennedy how quickly the world could descend into chaos if people went without nine meals in a row.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sharon Osbourne, 70, has claimed that she doesn’t eat for three days a week<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The TV star, 70, showcased her drastic weight loss while out shopping in Mayfair, London on Wednesday<\/p>\n The mother-of-three looked effortlessly chic in a black blazer with gold detail, teamed with matching trousers and heels<\/p>\n Jack explained: ‘If you have something that someone wants, they’ll kill you for it. You know how far away we are as a society from complete and utter breakdowns? Nine meals.<\/span><\/p>\n ‘When you break it down, you are nine meals away from complete and utter breakdown. That’s three days of breakfast, lunch and dinner. That goes away for people, they go three days without eating, they will murder each other, their neighbors, everything.’<\/span><\/p>\n Sharon then replied: ‘God, I do that every week. At least three days without eating.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘That’s called intermittent fasting,’ Kennedy replied.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n Research into the health benefits of intermittent fasting – eating within a certain time window – has piled up with experts including Megan Ramos and Dr Fung extolling its benefits for reversing type 2 diabetes, burning excess body fat, extending a person’s lifespan, staving off heart disease, and even preventing cognitive decline associated with dementia.<\/p>\n Sharon discussed her weight during a recent interview on\u00a0Talk TV’s Piers Morgan\u00a0Uncensored, admitting: ‘I didn’t want to go this thin.’<\/span><\/p>\n Sharon, who lost weight over the course of fourth months while using the jabs, said she felt nauseous everyday and insisted it was not a ‘quick fix’.\u00a0<\/p>\n Back in June Sharon, pictured left in April, revealed she’d lost over 28 pounds after using controversial weight loss jab Ozempic (pictured right in September)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The TV star gave an insight into her current eating habits during a quirky conversation about Doomsday prepping on The Osbournes Podcast\u00a0<\/p>\n She has since stopped using the drug, and told Piers:\u00a0‘It’s just time to stop, I didn’t actually want to go this thin but it just happened.\u00a0<\/span>I’ll probably put it all on again soon!’<\/p>\n Speaking previously to E! News, she explained: ‘In my life, the heaviest I was, 230 pounds and I’m now under a hundred. And I want to maintain at about 105 because I’m too skinny. But I’m trying to have a healthy balance.’\u00a0<\/p>\n During a discussion on the controversial injections on The Talk in June, Sharon shared her first-hand experience of the drugs.<\/p>\n ‘It is a mental problem. It really is, apart from, you know, when children grow up in a household where they live off chips and pies,’ she said.<\/p>\n ‘But I took [the injection]. I took it for four months and I lost 30 pounds, but like everything, there\u2019s always no quick recipe.’<\/p>\n She continued: ‘I was very sick for a couple of months. The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.<\/p>\n ‘But listen, I took it for four months, I lost 30 pounds. I\u2019ve just shoved two chips in my mouth, while we had the break, and I eat normally now, and I haven\u2019t put on a pound. Nothing.’<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sharon recently shocked fans as she showcased her drastic two stone weight loss in an interview with Piers Morgan\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The star has also discussed the side effects of using weight loss jabs as she admitted she felt nauseous everyday during a four month period while using Ozempic (pictured in January)\u00a0<\/p>\n Elsewhere, Sharon opened up about undergoing her most recent cosmetic surgery\u00a0after a previous facelift had left her looking like ‘Quasimodo’.<\/p>\n The former music manager has been open about her fondness for aesthetic tweaks over the years, but hasn’t denied having regrets.<\/p>\n ‘There\u2019s not one part of my body that I haven’t had twisted, lifted, elongated, whatever,’ she told the Daily Star.<\/p>\n ‘I\u2019ve been messed up many times. This last one was a kind of fix-it job from the guy that did it before.<\/p>\n ‘I looked like Quasimodo, because I had one eye here, one eye there. It was wicked.’<\/p>\n The mother-of-three previously confirmed that the disastrous facelift took place in October 2021, and took five and a half hours.\u00a0<\/p>\n
