Tommy secretly flew Molly-Maes favourite singer out for proposal – as she shares details

Irish singer RuthAnne has revealed some intimate details from Tommy Fury's emotional proposal to Molly-Mae Hague.

The musician was flown out to Ibiza in secret to sing as Tommy popped the question to Molly-Mae, as their adorable daughter Bambi – who was born in January – looked on.

Sharing a picture of herself with Molly-Mae and Tommy from the stunning cliffside location where Tommy proposed, singer RuthAnne wrote on Instagram: "A pinch me moment! Congratulations @tommyfury @mollymae on your engagement & I can’t believe I got to be there to sing your song #thevow live for this most amazing proposal (good planning Tommy)

"Molly had no idea and I know how much this song means to them & wow the most stunning location I have ever sang it in. And for the most beautiful couple. I sang my heart out just for you today. So amazing to finally meet you in person and sing this song for you. This is why I write music and wow what a moment. #thevow."

She also took to her Instagram Stories to open up on the incredible moment – and how she was delighted to finally be able to speak about it.

Speaking to the camera, RuthAnne said: "Guys, I just sang 'The Vow' for Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague's engagement. I have not been able to tell anyone, I have been sworn to secrecy, I have not told a soul.

"They've always been huge fans of the song and Molly-Mae has been DMing me about how much it means to them and how she would want it to be part of her wedding, engagement whatever.

"And Tommy did all of this, she had no idea. He did such an amazing job. He flew me here to sing 'The Vow' live for them as they got engaged.

"I have never sung 'The Vow' for an engagement before, I was trying not to cry. I am so happy I could be here and we did it and I am so happy."

The pair – who met on Love Island in 2019 – revealed their engagement on Sunday night as they shared a black and white video, as Molly-Mae can be seen arriving in a mountainous seaside location where Tommy is holding their daughter Bambi.

Looking emotional, the influencer, 24, picks up her daughter as Tommy, also 24, gets down on one knee to propose, in an emotional moment.

Tommy wore a black suit and white shirt, while Molly opted for a white jumpsuit, as the cliff face was decorated with white flowers.

Molly-Mae captioned the post saying “Forever. 23/07/23” along with emojis of a ring and a crying face.

The couple were inundated with messages of congratulations by fans and celebrities including Olivia Bowen, Sophie Habboo and Olivia Attwood.

Fellow Love Island stars Millie Court, Mary Bedford, Dani Dyer and Tasha Ghouri also shared their happiness for the couple.
