Neil Jones and Chyna Mills looked like they were taking parenthood in their stride this week after being spotted heading out for the first since since welcoming their baby daughter last week.
The couple, who were seen visiting a nail salon in Leeds, wrapped their tiny tot in cosy blankets for the day out as they took it in turns to hold their adorable baby daughter.
Strictly Pro dancer Neil, 41, kept his outing casual by opting for a grey hoody and black jeans while his fiancée Chyna, who rose to fame on hit ITV2 dating show Love Island last year, was seen donning a baby carrier while looking stylish in a comfy loungewear set.
Neil and Chyna welcomed their new arrival at the beginning of October as they took to social media to share the exciting news.
Sharing a black and white image of her daughter's toes, Chyna, 24, posted: "Our hearts are so full".
The couple also shared their baby's arrival with HELLO!, with Neil commenting: "Mum and baby are doing really well, she's everything we hoped for and more."
Chyna and Neil got engaged earlier this year and revealed they were expecting their first child in April.
Before Chyna gave birth, Neil opened up about becoming a father for the first time and said they were prepared if their baby arrived during a live show of Strictly Come Dancing.
Speaking to OK! in an exclusive interview, Neil joked that he would be telling her to "hold on as long as she can".
After welcoming their beautiful baby girl, Neil shared that being a dad is a 'whole new level' as he settles into fatherhood.
Chatting with OK!, the Strictly Come Dancing pro shared his family-orientated values and baby joy.
"I love kids and always have. I’ve got loads of nieces and nephews, but being a dad myself is a whole new level. It's brilliant and I’m really happy, I love life and I’ve always loved being around family," said Neil.
Neil first began dating Chyna just after she left the Love Island villa – with the dancer 'sliding into her DMs' before meeting her at an event.
Neil wasn't partnered up with anyone for this year's series but remains on the show for group dance numbers and supports his fellow professionals.
