Sam Thompson has returned to the UK from Australia after winning I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! just in time for girlfriend Zara McDermott’s birthday.
The pair had an emotional reunion at Heathrow airport in London yesterday, after weeks apart.
Sam had been supported Down Under by his best pal, TOWIE star Pete Wicks, while Zara remained in the UK due to work commitments, following her Strictly Come Dancing stint.
Today, Sam, 31, kicked off Zara’s 27th birthday as he shared a sweet video of him singing to her in bed.
The former Made in Chelsea star affectionally calls Zara ‘Goose’ and she beamed as Sam planted a birthday kiss on her cheek.
He captioned the clip: "A birthday goose. It's all happening this week," followed by a love heart emoji.
Zara then shared a video of Sam sending a rambling voice note to professional boxer Tony Bellew, who came runner-up when Sam was crowned King of the jungle.
As he paced around their house, Sam is heard telling Tony: "I slept really really well last night, mate.
"Don't feel obliged to reply to this voice note with a voice note, you can text instead. I will just say that I will be coming to Liverpool incredible soon."
The pair delighted fans with their bromance in the jungle and in an Instagram post, Tony joked that he has adopted Sam as his fifth child.
Sharing a fun beach snap from their time in Australia, where Sam is sitting on his shoulders, Tony wrote: "So my 4 kids turned into 5 on our day off after the jungle!! Lovely day spent with good people!! @marvinhumes @p_wicks01 and myself all on parenting duty for @samthompsonuk
"Amazing mothers @rachael_bellew @rochellehumes watching on."
Showing how much he misses his jungle campmate, Sam commented underneath: "I miss you so much" with a crying face emoji.
However, Sam was overjoyed to be reunited with Love Island star Zara as he touched down in the UK on Wednesday afternoon with the pair pictured kissing and embracing at Heathrow Airport.
Zara also surprised the new king of the jungle, who returned home with his close friend Pete Wicks, with a cluster of rainbow-coloured balloons which said “Welcome home”.
Sharing some photos to Instagram of the pair's reunion, Sam wrote: "She brought balloons [laughing emoji] Reunited with the love of my life. What a trip, what a lucky guy I am, spot an awkward Pete."
Pete also shared some snaps of Sam and Zara's reunion, which he captioned: "They were reunited…I was awkward [balloon emoji]"
Reflecting on how he was feeling about his win after landing back in the UK, he told the PA news agency: “It hasn’t sunk in yet but I’ve had my best mate Pete out there so he’s been keeping me very grounded.
“I told him to call me king for a day and he didn’t even want to do that.
“It’s been a really, really fun couple of days.”
Sam was announced as the winner of the ITV reality show on Sunday night after securing 56.6% of the vote, with former professional boxer Tony Bellew coming second with 43.4%, while former Ukip leader Nigel Farage took third place.
During the final days of the show, Sam took on the famous cyclone obstacle course and ate a variety of unusual animal parts for his last bushtucker trial.
He said there was “nothing hard” about getting used to being in the jungle as he had wanted to do it for so long.
He added: “It was my dream, my absolute dream. I had the best time in the world, I loved it to bits.”
