Olivia Bowen and her husband Alex have been keen to document their time with baby son Abel since welcoming the newborn on 10 June.
And now, the former Love Islanders have shared they've been on their first outing as a family of three, where they enjoyed a pub lunch with their little one in tow.
Alex, 30, first took to his Instagram stories to post a short clip showing the area as Olivia, 28, could be seen dressed in a loose-fitting blue shirt with her blonde mane up in a bun as she cradled her baby boy in her arms, who donned a striped baby grow.
"First outing," he wrote over the snap before tagging his wife.
He then took to his feed to share a family photo of them all together, which he captioned: "Last one for while I swear. [crying with laughter emoji] first little outing was the local," followed by a heart eyes emoji and a baby emoji.
Olivia also took to her Instagram to share a short clip of herself leaning over the baby carriage and smiling, which she wrote over: "We're out. Very scary," alongside a crying with laughter emoji and a red heart emoji.
When safely back home, she then posted a snap of herself explaining how "tiring" the experience was, but sad it was "super cute".
"Wow going out for the first time is tiring," she started with a crying with laughter emoji. "We got home & was so knackered we're now hibernating in the lounge where it's cool. Abel was such a good boy though he just had a feed & then chilled whilst we had lunch at the pub.
"We wanted to get out asap as I knew I would be nervous, and I hate to build things up. It was super cute but I'm happy to be back home in our bubble," with a crying with laughter emoji.
The reality star, who recently said it's been a "crazy few days", then shared that the reason they left the pub was actually because the wooden benches were "hard" on her after welcoming her baby boy with Alex.

"I actually only really left because the benches were hard on my stitches," she shared with a crying with laughter emoji.
Olivia then vowed to speak out about her birthing experience, promising to host a Q&A session with her 3m followers to dish out all the details.
"I will talk about my experience when I can, it's still quite fresh but it all ended positively with Abel & I both healthy & that's all we ever needed," she wrote.

Olivia continued: "I will plan to do a little Q&A at some point so we can all have a chinwag together & I can fill you guys in as I've had such lovely messages & questions so thank you for your support as always," with a red heart emoji.
She added: "just loving his time with Alex & Abel in our little love bubble, it's overwhelming, demanding but just so precious xx".
