Liam Payne has continued to show off his new chiselled jawline as he and girlfriend Kate Cassidy enjoyed a romantic date night in Mayfair.
The former One Direction singer, 29, and Kate visited the swanky Asian restaurant Sexy Fish before heading to the lavish Chiltern Firehouse to continue the night in true celeb fashion.
For the occasion, Liam donned a plain white t-shirt, over which he sported a fuzzy patterned cardigan. He paired this with some dark blue trousers and white trainers.
Meanwhile Kate opted for a black leather button-up mini dress and matching thigh-high boots. She carried her belongings in a sparkling silver bag and accessorised with a selection of rings.
Fans were left rather confused by the rather dramatic change in Liam's jawline, with many taking to social media to ask if the former boybander had undergone buccal fat removal.
This has become a popular trend among celebrities, and is when fat pads are removed from the inside of the cheek.
Liam's fans were quick to take to social media to discuss the singer's new look, with one writing: "Liam Payne was the last person I expected to get buccal fat removal."
And a second added: "Out of every celebrity to fall victim to the buccal fat removal surgery, i really did not expect Liam Payne to be one of them."
"Liam Payne getting buccal fat removal is sending me to the actual moon" joked a third.
And while Liam hasn't confirmed or denied the surgery, Dr Saleena Zimri, aesthetics doctor at Lumenis and founder of Skin Doctor, told the Daily Mail that she is definitely of the opinion that Liam has undergone buccal fat removal.
She told the outlet: "It does look like Liam has had some kind of buccal fat removal with the possibility of a jaw implant also."
Two years ago the singer revealed that he was left looking rather bloated from all his wild drinking and partying.
He said: "There were a few pictures of me on a boat and I was all bloated out and I call it my pills-and-booze face.
"My face was 10 times bigger than it is now. The problem was, the best way to secure us was to lock us in our rooms, and what is in the room? A mini-bar.
"So I had a party-for-one that seemed to carry on for years. It was wild but the only way you could get the frustration out."
