Stand-up comedian and OK! columnist Judi Love has always been a prominent advocate for never holding back when it comes to showing love to those we respect and care for.
Writing in her weekly column, the Loose Women favourite often emphasises the importance of being there for one another's triumphs and forever standing in the corner of those we want to see reach their goals.
And this International Women's Day, mother-of-two Judi, 42, is taking the opportunity to share a special message to the most important ladies in her life.
"It’s International Women’s Day on 8 March and I’d like to give a special shout out to all the incredible ladies in my life," she wrote in her exclusive OK! column this week. "My friends, my family, my colleagues – you all inspire me every single day.
"You’ve shown me what it means to be a boss lady, a loving friend and a shoulder to lean on."
Judi, originally recognised as a stand-up comic, joined the widely-adored panel of ITV hit daytime show Loose Women back in 2020, where she continues to feature as a guest most weeks.
During her (almost!) three years on the show, Judi has formed numerous close friendships with her co-stars, specifically Charlene White – whom Judi consistently supported during her recent stint on I'm A Celeb – as well as Brenda Edwards, Kelle Bryan, Nadia Sawahla and Linda Robson, amongst many other Loose ladies.
"I’m honoured to be surrounded by such intelligent, passionate, caring, motivating and talented women on a daily basis, both at work and at home," Judi continues.
"Let’s all continue to support one another’s victories and build each other up."
In celebration of International Women's Day, former Strictly Come Dancing star Judi and some more of her on-screen pals – Carol McGiffin, Katie Piper, Dame Kelly Holmes, Gloria Hunniford and Sophie Morgan – are joining the show's annual Body Stories campaign.
Posing in her gym wear alongside her Loose sisters, Judi hopes that the movement will inspire other women and girls all over the world to appreciate their differentiating bodies and love the skin they're in.
"Some of my fellow Loose Women panellists and I have teamed up for the show’s annual Body Stories campaign," she also wrote in her column this week. "Which is aimed at showing body diversity is beautiful.
"I believe everyone should be proud of the unique bodies they’ve been given, no matter their shape or size."
She continued: "I’m a huge advocate for self-love, so anything I can do to help others feel special in their own skin, I will."
