New mum Ferne McCann has shared with fans her breast-feeding must haves as she says that she had forgotten how sore her boobs became after her first pregnancy.
The reality TV star, 32, who shot to fame on The Only Way is Essex, gave birth to her second child, a daughter, a few days ago with partner Lorri Haines.
Taking to Instagram, Ferne posted a picture of a cream, called HPA Lanolin Nipple Cream, along with two round silver plates. She captioned the post saying: "Hello best friend 1 & best friend 2. Ahhhhh how I forgot about the cracked sore nips!!!"
She then added a 'P.S' caption, which read: "These silver nipple plate things really do work! They are so soothing. I'll share the link later as Lozza got me them as a little gift so I don't know where they're from."
On July 11, Ferne, who is already mum to Sunday, five, who she shares with her jailbird ex Arthur Collins, announced she had given birth to a baby girl a week earlier with a cute Instagram Reel.
And Ferne was inundated with congratulatory messages after sharing footage of the couple's new born daughter laying in a white babygrow.
A photo of the baby girl was shared to Instagram via the Shoorah account – a wellbeing app created by Lorri and Ferne – and in the comment section, it said: "Huge congratulations to our co-founders @fernemccann and @lozzahaines on the arrival of their beautiful baby girl. We're so proud that the Shoorah tools were such a big part of their birth story and can't wait for you to hear all about it."
At the time, the pair had not revealed the name of the new addition to their family.
But Shoorah were not the only ones to share love for the happy couple. Jess Wright, who is also a mum and former Towie star, simply wrote: "Congratulations."
Before Ferne welcomed her second daughter into the world, she had planned to film her birth for her ITV2 show but admitted that Lorri wasn't keen on the idea.
But it wasn't a completely odd idea as Ferne has been keen to document being a mum during her series, First Time Mum.
She said at the time to OK! magazine: "I really want my birth on the show. I want to have that moment. We’re currently in discussions with Lorri because obviously before when I was pregnant with Sunday, it was just me as a single parent. I never had to deliberate or liaise with anyone, I just made my own decisions."
The star added: "But now obviously doing this experience with him, I do have to cross things past him, so we’re currently in discussions, but I just want to capture that moment."
