Safiyya Vorajee shared an emotional post in honour of her late baby girl Azaylia Diamond Cain, whom she shared with footballer Ashley Cain, on Thursday, 19 August.
The social media star revealed she had chosen to have a very personal photo of her baby, who died in April after battling a rare and aggressive form of leukaemia, tattooed on her arm.
The 33 year old shared a video of the talented tattoo artist inking the inside of her arm.
In it, the star’s followers could see she had chosen a beautiful black and white image of Azaylia grinning in her last weeks.
The design was finished with Azaylia’s name tattooed in the style of the famous Disney font, as the tattoo follows Ashley's own two new inkings in honour of his daughter.
“My Hero. My Daughter. My Bestfriend,” Safiyya captioned the poignant post.
“Azaylia I miss you so much this tattoo means so much to me,” the business woman shared. “Always being able to see your beautiful face & smile that lights up the world.
“This will keep reminding me I need to stay strong for you,” Safiyya continued, saying when she looks at the image she sees all the qualities of her late daughter looking back at her.
“Strength, bravery, courageous, you are so beautiful a true inspiration.”

The star, who recently celebrated what would have been her daughter's first birthday, also gave her followers an insight into why she chose the image, saying it “melts her heart” to think of the memory.
“I chose this picture as there is so much meaning behind it,” Safiyya said.
“Azaylia had just woke up from general anaesthetic & this was her first reaction when she looked at me, absolutely melts my heart.”
Since having the inking, the mum-of-one has shared a snap of her on the train as she headed to work meetings for the charity she and Ashley set up in Azaylia’s name.

Wearing a stunning grey shirt and her hair blow dried to perfection, Safiyya wrote: “Important meetings making amazing things happen for Azaylias charity. #letsgochamp I love you."
Azaylia died at just eight months old after a heartbreaking battle with cancer throughout her life.
Her parents fought for their daughter to get the treatment she needed and even set up a Go Fund Me page to raise the funds required for an experimental trial in Singapore.
Sadly, Azaylia's condition deteriorated rapidly and she wasn't well enough to travel, before passing away on April 25.
"Rest in Paradise Princess. I will always hold you in my heart until I can hold you again in heaven," Ashley said at the time.
